Don’t know what to do with that extra Baileys Original Irish Cream? Satisfy your sweet tooth by adding some to your homemade brownie recipe. To create this easy treat:
5 ¼ oz. cream cheese
1.5 oz. sugar
1 oz. Baileys Original Irish Cream
Beat 5 ¼ oz. cream cheese and 1.5 oz. sugar into a mixing bowl.
Then add 1 egg and mix again.
Once complete, add 1 oz. Baileys and stir.
Pour on top of your brownie mixture, and swirl and twirl away!
Bake 25-35 mins.
Let cool for 15-20 mins.
Cut into squares and serve.
