Taro Tapioca Dessert aka Taro Sago Pudding made in the Instant Pot – Chinese dessert recipe @instantpotlife.

Quick Instructions:
1/4 cup tapioca pearls (UPDATE: No soaking tapioca required!!). Place tapioca in instant pot.
Add 2 cups taro cut into cubes, 1 cup of coconut milk, 2 cup of water, and about 1/4 cup of rock sugar. Cook on manual for 10 minutes (high pressure). Wait 5 minutes before quick release.
