500g Chicken Mince
2 tblspn Corn Flour
1 tblspn Harissa Paste
Few Cloves of Garlic
Small bunch of Mint Leaves
1 Red Chilli
Small bunch of Parsley
1 tspn Cumin Powder
1 tspn Sumac
Salt to taste
1 tspn Black Pepper
