We open today’s vlog with Sarah in the kitchen. First up, irish soda bread. Second! Jalapeño popper dip. Both recipes from her cooking show can be found below. Fast forward to the party we attended at Peter’s boss’s house, and the Crooked Can Celtic Festival. We will definitely be back to enjoy this Winter Garden gem during normal operating hours! There are so many specialized shops (coffee, cheese, honey, you name it!) inside the Crooked Can. The neighborhood vibes really reminded us of Chicago. What a great way to spend our St. Patrick’s Day!

Irish Soda Bread Recipe:
Mix dry ingredients:
3 1/2 cups flour, 2/3 cup sugar, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp baking powder, 1.5 cup yellow raisins
Mix wet ingredients:
2 eggs, 1 1/3 cup buttermilk, 4 tbsp melted butter, 1/2 tsp vanilla
Mix together, bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until golden brown
