1-2 pounds Fresh Shrimp (16-20 count shrimp)
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
2 teaspoons Tabasco sauce for extra kick (optional)
Clean shrimp, devein and remove shell.
Mix together Mayonnaise, Sweet Chili Sauce and Tabasco.
Add shrimp to mix and let marinate for 2 hours or longer in the refrigerator.
Soak wood skewers in water for about 2 to 4 hours.
Preheat grill to 350 degrees.
Carefully oil the grates with a paper towel dabbed in vegetable oil.
Remove shrimp from mixture and place shrimp on skewers.
Place shrimp skewers on grill grates.
Let shrimp cook for about three minutes and turn the shrimp over to cook both side until the shrimp turns white and pink.
DO NOT over-cook the shrimp, this happens when the shrimp curls into a tight ball.
Remove the shrimp from the grill and serve hot
