1 Cup (227g) of Plain Greek Yogurt
1 Scoop of whey protein (25g of protein)
1 Tablespoon of Natural, Unsweeted Cocoa Powder
1-2 Dashes of Organic Cinnamon
30g of Hazelnuts
70g of Frozen Blueberries

Portion out your greek yogurt, then add/mix-in the whey protein, cocoa powder, and cinnamon. Add the hazelnuts and blueberries. Enjoy!
