I have made this delicious and very tasty stuffed chicken dinner for my family for many years. As you may have figured out that the Danes serve homemade gravy with all of our dinners. This stuffed chicken dinner makes a really good chicken gravy to be poured over the potatoes. In Danish this is called Grydestegt kylling med persille.
